Can we use one order form to order several courses for our staff?

Yes. Centers find it very convenient to order several courses to keep on hand at the center for their staff. We will know who completes the course from the information the student provides us on the signature sheet in each course.

When do I receive a certificate for my course?

If you completed a continuing education course a certificate will be issued through our office within a week of receiving your completed course worksheet. If you are in the State of Wisconsin you will receive a Registry bar code from our office upon completion of your continuing education course.

If you have completed an entry level course (Introduction to the Child Care Prof. etc.) you will receive a certificate of completion from The Registry within 4 weeks of successful completion of the course. The Early Education Station, Inc. submits course rosters to The Registry weekly. At the time we submit rosters we will also send students a completion letter stating the course completed and the date completed.

How much time do I have to complete my courses?

There is a one year time limit on the 15hr., 44 hr. and 45 hr. courses.  Each course is date stamped at the time of purchase.  Students have 1 year from that date to complete and turn in courses. There is not a time limit on the continuing education inservices (2,4 and 6 hr. courses)

Do these courses count towards my CDA?

All of our courses can be used for your initial CDA requirements.

Why do you need my Social Security Number?

Your social security number is your student I.D. # for The Registry. If you do not provide it we will not be able to process your course for a certificate. We only need your SS# for the entry level courses not the continuing education courses. If we need your SS# your worksheet will have a space for it. Courses coming into our office without this information will be sent back to you.
