What form of payment do you
accept?
We accept: checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover money orders and cash (please
do not send cash in the mail) Please note we have a $25.00 returned
check fee.

What is your return policy?
We will provide an 85% refund if courses are returned in re-sellable
condition within 30 days of purchase.

Can we use one order form
to order several courses for our staff?
Yes. Centers find it very convenient to order several courses to
keep on hand at the center for their staff. We will know who completes
the course from the information the student provides us on the signature
sheet in each course.

How long does it take to receive
my order?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. You should receive
your order within a week of purchase. We ship first class or priority.
If you need your order rushed you will need to pay the extra shipping
charge which will be determined at the time of shipping. If choosing
to have your order rushed you will need to provide a credit card
that will be charged when we find out the extra shipping charge.

What do I need to do to complete
my course?
Each course has a reading portion/book and a worksheet. You need
to complete the worksheet portion and return it to us. Please keep
the reading materials for your reference.

When do I receive a certificate
for my course?
If you completed a continuing education course a certificate will
be issued through our office within a week of receiving your completed
course worksheet. If you are in the State of Wisconsin you will
receive a Registry bar code from our office upon completion of your
continuing education course.
If you have completed an entry level course (Introduction to the
Child Care Prof. etc.) you will receive a certificate of completion
from The Registry within 4 weeks of successful completion of the
course. The Early Education Station, Inc. submits course rosters
to The Registry weekly. At the time we submit rosters we will also
send students a completion letter stating the course completed and
the date completed.

I received a completion
letter more than a month ago but have not received my certificate
from the Registry. What should I do?

How much time do I have to
complete my courses?
There is a one year time limit on the 15hr., 44 hr.
and 45 hr. courses. Each course is date stamped at
the time of purchase. Students have 1 year from that
date to complete and turn in courses.
There is not a time limit on the continuing education
inservices (2,4 and 6 hr. courses)

Do these courses count towards
my CDA?
All of our courses can be used for your initial CDA requirements.

Why do you need my Social Security
Number?
Your social security number is your student I.D. # for The Registry.
If you do not provide it we will not be able to process your course
for a certificate. We only need your SS# for the entry level courses
not the continuing education courses. If we need your SS# your worksheet
will have a space for it. Courses coming into our office without
this information will be sent back to you.
